The orders usually are dispatched within 2 business days from the order date.
We use International Express Service for all international deliveries, We will provide a tracking number for tracking online immediately after the goods are dispatched.

How Do You Cancel Your Order?
If you wish to cancel your order, pls email us immediately. 10% cancellation fee applies. The shipped orders cannot be cancelled. We hope you can understand. Thank you!
How Do You Exchange Your Order?
If you want to exchange a product, pls email us and inform us of the reason. We will then provide you with further instructions. The goods can be exchanged under the circumstances of unuesd and in the original condition with all the original packaging and labels. When returning an item for an exchange, please ensure that your name, address, phone number and instructions are clearly indicated.
We strongly recommend that you use traceable shipping. If your goods lose on the way, you can trace the shipping company. For overseas orders this process sometimes can take up to 30 days.

The Procedure of Return
We would replace/repair the products at no cost to the customers in the occasional event of manufacturing faults. If you want to return an item, pls email us and inform us of the reason. We will then provide you with further instructions. Goods must be returned unuesd and contain all the original packaging and labels. After receiving the return goods, we will refund your payment according to specific situation.
Insurance
Over 99% of the items will be delivered safely. You don’t need to pay extra money for the insurance, the shipping company will be responsible for all the items they undertake. In case your item get lost or damaged, we will be responsible for half the cost.
